Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your JeanElton ceramic art. If a work is not right for your space, you may return it within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, the work must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packing. JeanElton covers the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, contact us at returns@jeanelton.com and we will provide return instructions. Please do not ship a work back before contacting us.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within five business days of the work arriving back in good condition.
